Frida Cinema Bogie Fest Includes Lorre

Lorre fans in the area of Santa Ana, California, will be treated to two of Peter’s classic movies on the big screen when the Frida Cinema presents Casablanca (1942) and The Maltese Falcon (1941) as part of their months-long “Bogie Fest”, celebrating the career of Peter’s off-screen pal Humphrey Bogart.

“Bogie Fest” will run from April to July 28, 2026, and includes a dozen of Bogie’s best films.

Casablanca will be shown these dates and times –

• Thursday, April 16 – 1:30 pm and 7:30 pm
• Friday, April 17 – 2:30 pm
• Saturday, April 18 – 12:30 pm and 2:45 pm
• Sunday, April 19 – 12:30 pm and 3 pm
• Wednesday, April 22 – 12 noon, 2:30 pm, and 5 pm

The Maltese Falcon will be shown these dates and times –

• Friday, April 24 – 12:30 pm
• Saturday, April 25 – 12:45 pm
• Sunday, April 26 – 12:45 pm
• Monday, April 27 – 7:45 pm

Admission is $9 for matinee showings, and $12 for evening showings. Tickets may be purchased at the box office. Tickets may also be purchased online through the Frida website. Select a film and a show-time, and a new window will open. A nominal fee will be charged for each ticket purchased online.

The Frida Cinema is located at 305 East 4th Street, at Suite 100 in the Calle Quatro Plaza in downtown Santa Ana, California.
