From Monday, February 6, to Saturday, May 27, events involving The Maltese Falcon, both the 1929 novel and the 1941 movie, will be held at these libraries – Manhattan Beach Library, Lancaster Library, Stevenson Ranch Library, Angelo M. Iacoboni Library, and Norwalk Library.
The Shakespeare At Play company will present a showing of the movie, with a discussion, at these libraries ~

- Manhattan Beach Library – Wednesday, Feb. 22 – 6 pm
- Angelo M. Iacoboni Library – Thursday, Mar. 30 – 6 pm, with refreshments provided by the Friends of the Lakewood Libraries.
- Manhattan Beach Library – Monday, Feb. 6 – 6:30 pm
- Stevenson Ranch Library – Saturday, Mar. 4 – 2 pm
- Norwalk Library – Saturday, Apr. 8 – 12 noon, and refreshments are included.
