Presented by the “Czar of Noir” Eddie Muller, who also hosts “Noir Alley” on the Turner Classic Movies channel, the 4k restoration was taken from the original nitrate camera negative of Stranger on the Third Floor.
The program begins at 7 pm with an introduction by Eddie Muller, followed by the Looney Tunes cartoon “Racketeer Rabbit” (1946), featuring animated versions of Peter Lorre and Edward G. Robinson encountering Bugs Bunny in old dark house, and Stranger on the Third Floor.
Admission is $17 for adults, and $15 for seniors (age 62 and over), children (age 12 and under), students (22 and under), members of the military, patrons with the MTA reduced-fare MetroCard for people with disabilities, and First Responders. Tickets may be reserved online through the venue’s website.
