Lorre Classic Onscreen in Amherst Cinema

As part of their “Film Noir” series, The Screening Room, located in Amherst, New York, will screen The Chase (1946) on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. The noir thriller stars Robert Cummings, Michele Morgan, Peter Lorre, and Steve Cochran.

The film begins at 7:30 pm.

Admission is $7 for all seats.

Tickets may be purchased at the box office, beginning about 30 minutes before the film begins. The Screening Room accepts most major credit cards. Tickets may also be purchased online through the venue’s website.

The Screening Room is located at the Boulevard Mall, 1265 Niagara Falls Boulevard, in Amherst, New York.

The entrance to the Screening Room is outside the mall on the Alberta Drive side of the Boulevard Mall, near the Macy’s department store and across the street from the Wegmans grocery store – in Suite 207. More information, including a map of the area, is available on the Screening Room website.

Sad News – The Boulevard Mall is closing, and The Screening Room is in search of a new location. The weekend of February 28, 2026, will be the Screening Room’s final weekend at the Mall.
